 Starting at $55 per visit for screened and $65/visit for non-screened. Service includes testing water, adding chemicals, brushing stairs & waterline, skimming pool surface, emptying skimmer basket, and vacuuming/brushing the floor. Service also includes filter & pump basket cleaning, as needed.  We will visit the pool either one or two times per month, at a paid per visit rate.

 Starting at $110 per month for screened and $125/month for non-screened. This basic service includes testing water and adding chemicals on a weekly basis (4 monthly visits). Service also includes filter and pump basket cleaning, as needed. All brushing, skimming, and vacuuming are to be performed by the customer.  

Our most popular package.   Starting at $140 per month (screened) & $160 (non-screened or screened with missing panels). Service includes testing and treating water chemistry on a weekly basis. Full pool cleanings will be performed on a bi-weekly basis.  Full pool cleanings will include vacuuming as needed.  

 Starting at $175 (screened) & $190 (non-screened or screened with missing panels) per month. Service includes testing water, adding chemicals, brushing stairs & waterline, skimming pool surface, emptying skimmer basket, and vacuuming/brushing the floor. Service also includes filter & pump basket cleaning, as needed.  

These rates are not for short term, seasonal, or 1 time visit services. 

If you're interested in something short term/seasonal, the rate is $115 per visit, plus the cost of chemicals (you can supply the chemicals and have on-sight during our visit, if you wish).  One-time cleaning rates start at $250 and will be specifically priced per pool.

Starting at $130 per month (pools must be screened in with an automatic cleaner - no missing panels). This budget service includes testing water, adding chemicals on a weekly basis (4 monthly visits). Service also includes filter, & pump basket cleaning, as needed. Touch up service will be to skim the pool surface & empty skimmer basket. All brushing and vacuuming to be performed by the homeowner.  

Priced per pool and by the hour, we will spend no less than two full hours treating and removing all forms of calcium build-up on your pool tile.   We will even remove scaling that has built up on the pool tile, creating a filmy appearance.  Most treatments will run 3 to 4 hours at a time. 

Priced per pool and by the hour, we will spend no less than one full hour treating and removing all forms of algae build-up on your pool tile, grout, and coping.    Most treatments will run 1 to 2 hours at a time. 

 The rates above reflect pools in good condition, free of algae or debris, and under 15,000 gallons. Pools not meeting these criteria will require a custom quote. We reserve the right to perform "chemical service only" for all Full/Hybrid & Full Pool Service customers due to inclement weather or for any weeks with a major national holiday. Services are based upon 4 service weeks per month. Any month with 5 weeks will result in us taking 1 of those weeks off with a prior 1-week notice. We may from time to time offer a 5th cleaning week in that month if our time/schedule permits, for a nominal fee. The above rates are intended for residential full time / year-round customers.
